Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through transformeta.bg, why we process it, and what rights you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Who processes your data

The data controller is Transformeta. For privacy questions, email hello@transformeta.bg.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we process the details you provide, along with minimal technical information recorded with your enquiry:

• Name (optional), email (required), company (optional), and your message.
• IP address, browser type (User-Agent), and the page you came from (Referer) - recorded automatically to limit abuse.

Site analytics

We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics. Plausible sets no cookies and collects no personal data, so we cannot identify individual visitors.

Why we process your data

We use the form data only to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible work together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use the data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who we share data with

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Resend (delivering the form emails), Cloudflare (hosting the site), and Plausible (anonymous statistics). They only access what the service requires.

How long we keep data

We keep form enquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless we have started working together or the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy;
• have it corrected or erased;
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability.
